Top 100 Best Books of all Times ?
2002年挪威愛書人俱樂部曾對全球頂尖作者所發出一項問卷(其中不乏諾貝爾文學獎得主或國際暢銷書常春作家),徵詢他們心中最佳的十本文學書,再以回收的分數所作出的文學書排名。總整理後得出的這份名單可說是跨越了上下時間與五大洲空間的限制,號稱是史上百大最佳文學作品。當然所謂百大,所謂的名家推薦也難免受困於問卷的調查方式與問卷對像取樣的有限性,這份名單的公允與否,各人自有其定見,漏網遺珠也不在少數(譬如中國文學只入圍魯迅的狂人日記,而沒有紅樓夢?)所以大家不妨把這份建議書單看作推廣現代人多讀經典好書的善意,正所謂開卷有趣,小小讀者如我,不過是在書海迷航中,藉由前輩高人的指點一探這浩瀚天地的文學之美,這些都有待每一位在書海嬉玩的朋友去覓得自己的方位航向。 這份名單的排列是以作者姓氏字母,而非名次高低。聽說這一百本作品中,得分最高的,是西班牙作者塞萬提斯的「唐吉訶德」。自己算了算,這一百本中完整讀過的有廿四本,讀到中途放棄的有十六本,目前正在讀的有二本….
