從 Beth的部落格上，看到了一位BBC的工作者Lucy Hooberman 在諾言銀行，發起一個名之為Global Mentoring（草根媒體全球之友）的號召活動，希望可以募集250位朋友，大家願意在未來最少六個月期間，利用自己在草根媒體、參與民主、電腦能力的專長，協助最少二位來自資源匱乏地區的人士或個案。

I will mentor a minimum of two people in the developing world in the area of my skills base and expertise (media, communications, broadcasting , democratic media building, participatory media, community video). I will do this for free for a minimum of six months (in my free time).

我想自己在2006年，在這部份應該可以做點什麼，雖然自己並沒有所謂的相關專長（communication, brodcasting, democratic media building, participatory media, community video），但也許可以濫芋充數，其實自己才是其中學習到更多的受惠者。

所以，林育正先生，我明年一定會幫你好好地把台灣319部落格架起來，而且不會收你一分錢。(雖然顯然你的資源比我還要豐沛不少XD)
